Amazing property with huge pool and panoramic view of the mountain. Typical renovated farmhouse of the 19th century, on a plot of half a hectare, facing the mountains, 5 minutes from the village of Ascain, 12 minutes from Saint Jean de Luz and beaches, 15min from Golfes, 20 minutes from Biarritz airport.
With an area of approximately 220 m², the house offers a large reception area of approximately 70 m² with a kitchen open to the dining room and the living room with fireplace.
Also on one level we find a large library / TV lounge and a laundry room, a toilet and a cellar.
Upstairs, large master bedroom with bathroom and toilet, 4 double bedrooms, one with bunk beds, a bathroom, a bathroom and a toilet.
Large summer dining room covered with plancha, fireplace and sofas.
Independent studio in the garden with a large double bedroom and a bathroom with toilet.

Summary: Fantastic house with park and swimming pool with view on la Rhune. Close to the ocean and great spots like Bidart or Biaritz. Directly from the house you can join tracking or cycling paths. The house is spacious, very well equiped, clean and nicely designed.
